Our cancellation policy
Please make yourself familiar with our cancellation policy prior to booking your appointment with us.
- We totally get it, things happen. Unfortunately for our small business this is a crucial loss. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your appoitnment time we will require a 50% cancellation fee off the total price. This will be a credit to your account when you re schedule within 3 months.
- All new balayage & full head foil bookings will require a $100 deposit before being confirmed from the1st November 2020, and deducted from the total price of the service. All deposits are non- refundable and only transferable to a date no later than 3 months if given 14 days notice prior to the appointment.
- If you are a no show to an appointment or cancel after 48 hours prior to the appointment that we have not taken a deposit for, we require a 50% cancellation fee off the total service price.
- There are strictly NO REFUNDS on deposits or booking fees if you decide to change your mind last minute or cannot attend your appointment at all.
- Bookings for extensions will require a 50% booking fee/down payment before we order your extensions on the day of consult, this will be deducted from the total amount at the end.

Thankyou all for respecting these changes and being accepting of why this is critical for us to do. 2020 & 2021 has been an extremely hard time for small business and we cannot afford to miss out on any more hours of work from no show and last minute cancellation clients, as these spots are almost impossible to fill.
